the 6-week fitness class is designed specifically for individuals who are mentally and/or physically challenged to stay fit, active and healthy. The class will include cardio, strength exercises, yoga, Zumba and more!

Dates: Winter/Spring Session 2023
Session 1: 2/7 - 3/14
Session 2: 3/21 - 4/25
Session 3: 5/2 - 6/6
Time: 6:30- 7:15 pm
Ages: 13 years and older
Fee/Session: VIP $10 / Member $20 / Non-Member $30
