Adaptive Fit

the 6-week fitness class is designed specifically for individuals who are mentally and/or physically challenged to stay fit, active and healthy. The class will include cardio, strength exercises, yoga, Zumba and more!

Dates:
Session 1: Tuesdays, January 21 - February 25
Session 2: Tuesdays, March 3 - April 7
Session 3: Tuesdays, April 14 - May 19
Time: 6:15 - 7:00 pm
Ages: 13 years and older
Fee/Session: VIP $10 / Member $15 / Non-Member $20
