the 6-week fitness class is designed specifically for individuals who are mentally and/or physically challenged to stay fit, active and healthy. The class will include cardio, strength exercises, yoga, Zumba and more!
Our 60-minute personal training session programmed specifically for teens who wish to use the fitness area without parental supervision. Teens will learn safe and proper technique, program design and program variation. This class is lead by a personal trainer. Youth ages 13-15 must successfully complete this course.
