Adaptive Fit

the 6-week fitness class is designed specifically for individuals who are mentally and/or physically challenged to stay fit, active and healthy. The class will include boxing, cardio, strength exercises and more!

Dates:
Session 1: Tuesdays, May 7 - June 11
Session 2: Tuesdays, June 25 - July 30
Time: 6:45 - 7:30 pm
Ages: 13 years and older
Fee/Session: VIP $10 / Member $15 / Non-Member $20
