Adaptive Fit

the 6-week fitness class is designed specifically for individuals who are mentally and/or physically challenged to stay fit, active and healthy. The class will include cardio, strength exercises, yoga, Zumba and more!

Dates: Summer Session 2021
Session 1: 5/11 - 6/15
Session 2: 6/22 - 7/27
Session 3: 8/3 - 9/7
Time: 6:30- 7:15 pm
Ages: 13 years and older
Fee/Session: VIP $10 / Member $20 / Non-Member $30
