Designed with teens in mind, helping them learn and have fun with exercise! Each week will be a different workout and range from cardio to strength training, balance, stretching and more!

Ages: 13-18 years

Teen Weight Training 101

Our program is designed for teens who wish to use the fitness area without parental supervision. Teens will learn safe and proper technique, proper program design and program variation.
Date: Sunday, October 21
Time: 1:00 - 3:00 pm
Fee: $50 (members only)
Minimum: 4 participants per session
* Individual sessions are also available upon request for an additional fee
