Fit Camp
Take your fitness to the next level! Join us for Fit Camp, every Monday-Friday at 6:00 am. Each day will be a different training focus - from Upper Body, Lower Body Cardio, core and more! Program also includes fitness assessment, progression tracking, weight management, and nutrition tips!

Fit City Challenge
Who is the Fittest City?! Join us to find out! The goal of this challenge is to encourage health and fitness through some friendly competition. The facility with the highest combined percentage of weight loss and fitness challenge scores WINS! Challenge includes access to group fitness classes, Fitness Assessments, Group Workouts, Nutrition Information/Seminars, Small Group Training and Weekly Challenges and Weigh-ins.

Fee: VIP Member $55 / Member $75 / Non-Member $125*
*Non-Members are granted access to the facility throughout the 6-week program
