Strength Training 101
New to strength training or just looking for a refresher course?
This class will teach you everything you need to know! We will use nautilus machines, free weights, kettlebells, barbells, TRX and more! Learn to lift safely with proper form and technique. After six weeks, you'll receive your own strength training program to keep you progressing forward!

Join the the camp that will help you find your fit! This camp will have a different training focus every day to help you build muscle, burn fat and gain real results!

We'll be offering 30 & 45 minute classes all afternoon long. Take 1, 2 or as many classes as you like! We will have everything from Boot Camp to Zumba, Cycle to Yoga and more!
