Mother Daughter Royal Tea Party

Develop the skills and techniques necessary to be aware and prepared for any situation. Safety skills and practical techniques will both be presented and these skills can be executed by anyone!

National Senior Health & Fitness Day

A fun filled day with a variety of activities to keep everyone moving! Activities will include sportwall, ping pong, pickleball, nutrition information and healthy snacks.
