JANUARY EVENTS 2020
New Year, New You!
It is a NEW year and a fresh start! Are you ready to commit to your health and fitness goals and get feeling your best self for 2020! Our New Year, New You is designed to keep you accountable for 30-days as you work closely with a personal training coach. We will give you all the tools you need, all you need to do is sign-up!
Program Includes:
- 5 30-minute personal training sessions (to be used within 30-days of beginning program)
- 5 Custom Workouts
- Goal Tracking with Weekly Assessments
- Nutrition Guidelines
- Training coach available to answer any and all questions

Fit Camp
Take your fitness to the next level! Join us for Fit Camp every Monday through Friday. Each day will be a different training focus - from upper body, lower body, functional training, endurance, plyometrics and more!

March Meltdown
Join a team and compete against the others! See who can lose the greatest percentage of body weight. Each team will be coached by a certified personal trainer!

Summer Six Pack
Get your body ready for Summer with our Summer Six Pack small group training! Each 30-minute workout will focus on abs, glutes and low back fro a total core workout.
