Are you interested in running but not sure how to train? Not ready for the distance? JOIN our relay team and training group! Program will include three group workouts a week; speed workout, strength/stretch workout and long run workout.
Participants will recieve a cutomized training plan with their weekly workouts, along with training tips and motivation. Make it to the starting line feeling prepared and ready to run your best race!
